Refund policy

We will do our very best for you to be happy with our jewellery, but if you are not fully satisfied we can offer an exchange within 28 days or a full refund within 7 days of receipt of your order providing the piece is received in the same condition it was sent to you and its visible tag intact and still in place. You will cover the postage charges and we recommend that you use a tracked service such as Royal Mail’s Special Delivery Service as we cannot be held responsible for loss in the post.
